Our property department is headed up by Mike Gregory who has extensive experience in all types of legal matters pertaining to both residential and commercial property. This includes:
• The registration of real rights in immovable property both freehold and sectional title
• The registration of mortgage bonds and notarial bonds
• The establishment and registration of new townships
• The development and registration of sectional title schemes and the management thereof
• The registration of notarial deeds including servitudes, subdivisions, consolidations and long leases
Mike was admitted as a notary public and conveyancer in 1982 and is a respected and accredited lecturer for the Law Society of South Africa (LSSA). He has lectured on the subject of conveyancing to attorneys wishing to write the conveyancing examination for many years.

The litigation department deals primarily with civil disputes in the High Courts and Magistrates Courts. These include:

Our litigation department is headed up by Tafara Kufa. He was admitted as an attorney in 2011 and as a Notary Public and Conveyancer in 2014.
